Alumni celebrations & events

Visitors can look forward to a colorful stage program, creative student projects, culinary offerings, and a variety of hands-on activities.
A day full of encounters, entertainment, and surprises!

•     School Festival begins at 11 a.m.
•     Pony Rides 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
•     Annual General Meeting of the Schloss-Schul-Verein at 3 p.m.
•     Approx. 4:30 p.m.: Basketball competition between current and former students
•     Followed by guided tours of the grounds for interested former students, approx. 5:30–6:00 p.m.
•     Live music starting around 7:00 p.m.

Sunday, July 19: Alumni Hangover Breakfast from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
To help us plan better, we ask that you register for the hangover breakfast. Of course, last-minute guests are always welcome!

To that end, we invite you—the classes of 2021, 2016, 2011, 2006, 2001, 1996, 1991, 1986,
1981, 1976, 1971, … to join us!

An entertaining program awaits you. Your former teachers and boarding school staff are also invited to join us on this day.
Some upper-school students will lead tours of the grounds and help with the catering. A wide selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be available, and the kitchen team will treat us to a delicious meal!

When: Saturday, November 7, 2026
Where: Schloss-Schule Kirchberg, auditorium in the new school building
Program:
4:00 p.m. Start, welcome with a champagne reception
Approx. 4:45 p.m. Guided tours of the grounds and through the new building
Approx. 6:45 p.m. Speeches by the school and the Schloss-Schul-Verein
Approx. 7:00 p.m. Dinner together - Appetizer, salads, main course (vegetarian option available), dessert
11:00 p.m. End of the event
