Open boarding school day with guided tours
Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 12 noon to 4 p.m.
For whom: Families interested in our Schloss-Schule Kirchberg boarding school
What it's about: Getting to know our boarding school on a guided tour, talking to boarding school director Melanie Wies and our boarding school teachers, participating in the supporting program (tour of the nearby equestrian center, games for children, food truck, coffee & cake, etc.).
We want to give families an insight into boarding school life and our routines. We want to show you how our students are accommodated, how they are looked after and fed, and what leisure activities we offer. We will be happy to answer all your questions in personal conversations.
We look forward to seeing you and your children!

On display will be impressive collages that have been created over the past few years, both in Kirchberg and on numerous trips - personal snapshots, creatively put together and full of stories.
We look forward to a wonderful afternoon with art, coffee and cake!
In the auditorium: theater events at the Schloss-Schule
Dates:
- Thu, June 18, and Mon, June 22, both at 6:00 p.m.: Performance by the lower-grade group, “Super Mario Saves Frau Holle”
- Thu, June 18, and Mon, June 22, both at 8:00 p.m.: Performance by the middle-grade group, “Stop! Together!”
- Fri, June 19, and Tue, June 23, both at 7:00 p.m.: Performance by the upper-grade group “The Female Robbers”
Brief descriptions of the plays:
- Super Mario Saves Frau Holle – One night, something unimaginable happens to four typical, media-savvy kids: They are whisked away to the world of fairy tales, a place they unfortunately know absolutely nothing about... But why? What are they supposed to do there? How will they get out again? AND what mysterious, life-changing experience will they have?
- Stop! Together! – an exciting and funny school crime comedy that also pokes fun at school life with a wink and shows how important friendships and a sense of community are
- The Robbers: a chaotic theater rehearsal loosely based on Schiller, in which prevailing (gender) norms are turned upside down and typical relationship dramas and mishaps from everyday theater life are highlighted, ultimately leading to a women’s rebellion—and rebellion is what it’s all about, just as it is in Schiller
Tickets are available at the box office or as advance reservations via sigloch@~@schloss-schule.de
Admission is free of charge.
