In March, we welcomed guests from various boarding schools affiliated with the “Association of Boarding Schools” (DIV) to the Schloss-Schule. The occasion was a training module for prospective quality management officers, which took place on our campus. The training was led by Manfred Schaffarczyk and brought together professionals from various boarding schools for mutual exchange and professional development.
The training focused on acquiring basic knowledge of quality management and quality management systems, as well as introducing participants to implementation methods and tools for the practical application of the “Framework Concept for Quality Management in Boarding Schools” developed by the Association of Boarding Schools.
Eva-Maria Kemink, Executive Director of the “Association of Boarding Schools,” also attended the event and participated in the discussions.
