Information Session for Parents of 4th Graders (Hybrid Event)
Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at 7:30 p.m.
In this event, we would like to introduce our school to parents. Our Head of Education, Tim Carstens, will provide information on everything you need to know about our school. We would be happy to personally explain to interested parents the wide range of educational topics and opportunities available to our students.
All parents of fourth-graders are cordially invited to this event! It will take place on-site at our school as well as live online (hybrid event).
Open House Days for 4th-grade elementary school students (local students) — registration required
Tue, Nov. 24, and Thu, Nov. 26, 2026, from 1:40 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. each day ( registration required by phone or email)
- We invite fourth-grade elementary school students to come and get a taste of our classes in the afternoon and get to know our school up close and in its everyday setting!
- Since the children will likely be brought to us right after their elementary school classes, we’ll have a hearty snack ready so they can tackle the afternoon classes with plenty of energy!

Christmas Concert
This year’s Christmas concert will take place on Thursday, December 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the auditorium of the Schloss-Schule in Kirchberg.
It promises to be another festive, musical way to close out the year.
The performers will be the various ensembles (choir, big band, music club, etc.) from the Schloss-Schule Kirchberg, who will present a varied, Christmas-themed program.
The program will feature both traditional and contemporary Advent and Christmas music. Once again this year, the audience will be invited to participate in the program. Parents, classmates, friends, and anyone interested from Kirchberg and the surrounding area are cordially invited. Admission is free. We look forward to seeing many of you there.
Open House
Saturday, January 16, 2027, 10 :00 a.m. – approx. 2:00 p.m.
We cordially invite all families to our Open House.
- 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Presentations in the classrooms
- 12:00 p.m.: Welcome and presentation by Head of Education Tim Carstens
- Followed by lunch and a relaxed conclusion with conversations
- For those interested in boarding school, we offer tours of our equestrian and basketball facilities, depending on your child’s athletic interests
We look forward to welcoming many visitors and getting to know you and your children!

Boarding School Open House with Guided Tours
Saturday, June 19, 2027, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
For whom: Families interested in our Schloss-Schule Kirchberg boarding school
What to expect: Get to know our boarding school during a guided tour, talk with the school administration and our boarding school teachers, and participate in the accompanying program (tour of the nearby equestrian facility, activities for children, food truck, coffee and cake, etc.).
We’d like to give families a glimpse into boarding school life and our daily routines. We’d like to show you how our students are housed, how they’re cared for and fed, and what recreational activities we offer. We’d be happy to answer all your questions in one-on-one conversations.
