Together with the Schloss-Schul-Verein, the Schloss-Schule Kirchberg organized a lecture evening for the 11th grade students in which four former Schloss-Schüler*innen presented how their path continued after school. With all the ups and downs and a great insight into the current field of activity of each individual. A PR specialist who decided to work in the public sector partly because of the work-life balance, a dental technician who still works two mornings a week despite his retirement age and accompanies young trainees on their way into the profession, an IT specialist who now programs apps and a trained banker who worked in HR for many years, then moved into IT and is now Managing Director of the Schloss-Schule. The young people were able to listen to all of them with great interest and talk to them afterwards. The evening was characterized by authenticity, honesty and helpful hints on the exciting path of career orientation. Once again, a big thank you to the speaker and the speakers!
