"First Abiball in the LKW",

This could have been the motto for our graduating class of 2025, which we successfully sent off into the real world on Friday, July 4, 2025. The students guided us through an entertaining evening with a colorful program, held for the first time in the auditorium of our new LKW, the learning and culture workshop of the Schloss-Schule in Kirchberg.

With an average grade of 2.4, this year's high school graduates can be proud of their excellent results. Six grades with a 1 before the decimal point, 23 grades with a 2 before the decimal point, and nine grades with a 3 before the decimal point are a remarkable achievement.

Particularly noteworthy is Henriette Zobel, who received the gold medal with the serial number 06 for the fourth time in the history of the Schloss-Schule with a grade point average of 1.0. In addition, Luise Merklin with an average of 1.2 and Ramon Schatzschneider and Robert Stülpner with an average of 1.5 each received a silver medal of honor with the serial numbers 07, 08, and 09.

Henriette Zobel received the award for best in her class. Qinyao Zhuang received the Physics Society Prize and the German Mathematicians' Association Prize. Haoyue He received the Otto Dix Prize for Fine Arts. Henriette Zobel received a prize for special achievements in Protestant religion. Pauline Nicolay received the Scheffel Prize in German. The Humanism Foundation Prize in Latin went to Robert Stülpner. Timothy Bosse received a prize in ethics. Amelie Düring received a prize in English. Ramon Schatzschneider received the German Chemical Society Prize. Leander Zanzinger received the prize for history and the prize for social studies. This year's social prize went to Henriette Zobel, Ramon Schatzschneider, and Luise Merklin.

Once again, we are sending a beloved class out into the world. You, dear graduates, are now on the threshold of a future full of possibilities and challenges. Believe in yourselves, pursue your dreams, and stay true to yourselves. Because, as your motto says: “CannABIs – we did it” – stay creative and a little cheeky, and see through the things you set out to do.

The staff at Schloss-Schule Kirchberg congratulate all graduates and wish you all the best for your future endeavors. Stay committed, curious, and ready to take on responsibility – for yourselves and for society. Help change our world for the better, pass on your knowledge, and actively participate in social and political events. Treat others with respect, fairness, and compassion, and help shape a future in which future generations can also lead good and fulfilling lives. May your ideas, dreams, and hopes accompany you, and may your everyday life be filled with contentment and happiness. The Schloss-Schule will always remain connected to you – just as you will always remain part of our community.
