At the beginning of October, it was that time of year again at Schloss-Schule: a group of students from our Polish partner school in Bielsko-Biala came to visit with four supervisors and enjoyed an exciting and varied program during their week-long stay. A city rally through Kirchberg, joint workshops, and a trip to Nuremberg with a visit to the Nazi party rally grounds were just some of the items on the agenda. A visit to the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, followed by free time in the state capital, was also a traditional part of the program. In the museum, the connection between contemporary and automotive history was very exciting for the young people, who explored the exhibition independently with audio guides. The weather was at its best for the subsequent free time in Stuttgart, and in the autumn sunshine, souvenirs were bought, the city center was visited, and short trips to art museums were made. An excursion to Schwäbisch-Hall on Friday rounded off the joint program before a variety of activities with the host families were planned for the weekend. On Sunday morning, the Polish group set off on their return journey early in the morning, and everyone agreed that they were already looking forward to seeing each other again in Bielsko-Biala in May 2026. The Schloss-Schule would like to thank the Polish students for their visit and all the host families who accommodated them during the week.
