A residential building on the grounds of the Schloss-Schule on Schulstraße was renovated and modernized in several areas. The work included upgrading the electrical system, sanding the hardwood floors, and making energy-efficiency improvements to the roof.
Particular emphasis was placed on replacing the windows and installing new thermal-insulated blinds. These measures were funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and contribute to improving the building’s energy efficiency.
