At the beginning of November, some students from the equestrian club spent a long weekend at the show jumping tournament at the East Bavarian Equestrian Center in Kreuth. Our boarding school director Ms. Wies, our show jumping trainer Martin Fundis, four female students and two male students, as well as nine horses and three dogs were there.
The atmosphere in the Ostbayernhalle was impressive: a great vibe, an amazing backdrop, and a perfectly organized tournament. We were particularly delighted with the success of Maria M., who put in some strong rounds with her horse Mr. Speed. Although things didn't always go smoothly for the others in terms of their sporting performance, they presented themselves very well and gained valuable experience.
Away from the competitions, we had a really good time together – lots of team spirit, lots of laughter, and a weekend that brought us even closer together as a group.
