After a refreshing brunch, the match got underway in the hall, Urspring's preferred venue. We were beaten 2:1, 4:3 and 0:2 in four games and only managed to win the second game 4:2. Nevertheless, as you can see from the results, all the games were very close and, as before on our artificial turf, both teams were actually on an equal footing. This time, Urspring had the better result. Afterwards, we also played outside, but as some of the Urspring pupils didn't have time, we didn't play under the same conditions as before. But we all had fun anyway.
The Baden-Baden Pädagogium boarding school tournament will take place again on May 25th and, depending on the luck of the draw, we may come across Urspring, the defending champions, again. Hopefully we'll be one step ahead again.
