“Actually, I was just doing my job,” said Eva Borchers modestly when she retired. But looking back, it was much more than that. In the midst of our school, which stands for trust, diversity and personal development, she has accompanied generations of pupils - with patience, clarity, humanity and a deep understanding of educational processes.
Her roots run deep: as a former Schloss-Schul-Abitur student, as part of the traditional Pfündel-Borchers family, as a boarding school director who has carried on and developed the spirit of the school. Her professional path was never just work - it was a living responsibility and a living bond with the Schloss-Schule.
