Headmaster and maths, computer science and chemistry teacher Alexander Franz, head of the international department Adam Cloer, maths, physics and NwT teacher Bettina Leibig, art teacher Rolf Nikel and home economist Rebecca Eßer have been working actively and very successfully at the Schloss-Schule for 10 years.
Managing Director Jürgen Scharch, accountant Ulrike Praßler, German and religion teacher Andrea Scheibel and art teacher Julia Ohr were honoured for an impressive 15 years of service.
German and French teacher Hanne Zilles, who has been working at the Schloss-Schule for a proud 30 years, received a special honour.
An extraordinary moment was the honouring of Latin and music teacher Winfried Koch, who has been part of the Schloss-Schule team for 35 years. His many years of dedication and valuable work are an outstanding example of solidarity and commitment.
Former Head of Home Economics Marianne Borchers, who has officially been in well-deserved retirement since 31 May 2021 but has remained with the Schloss-Schule on an hourly basis, was also honoured for her impressive 50 years of loyalty to the Schloss-Schule. Such an anniversary is not only extraordinary, but also a sign of deep loyalty and tireless commitment.
After the honours, the evening came to a cosy close.
