In March, we welcomed guests from various boarding schools affiliated with the “Association of Boarding Schools” (DIV) to the Schloss-Schule. The occasion was a training module for prospective quality management officers, which took place on our campus. The training was led by Manfred Schaffarczyk and brought together professionals from different boarding schools for mutual exchange and professional development.
The training focused on acquiring fundamental knowledge regarding quality management and quality management systems, as well as familiarizing participants with implementation methods and tools for putting into practice the “Framework Concept for Quality Management in Boarding Schools” developed by the Boarding Schools Association.
Eva-Maria Kemink, the managing director of the “Boarding Schools Association,” also attended the event and participated in the discussions.
